MTRX Studio Not Connecting on Restart

Hello All,

We’ve been running fine here until a couple days ago. We just started having a strange issue where whenever we restart our computer DADMan will not connect to the MTRX Studio. It’s a spinning wheel on Loading settings…Connecting to devices etc.”

The only fix for this is re-installing the latest version of DADMan  5.7.2.1 and then the software will connect.

MTRX Studio has latest firmware installed as well.

I’ve tried all network settings changes, and Dante Controller sees the unit fine on restart.

Running 2019 Mac Pro Intel, OS 15.1

Any suggestions appreciated.

Hi Andrew,

Thank you for reaching out on the forum.

Looking at your issue, I would suspect that perhaps your permissions in MacOS may be causing you trouble, so the first thought would be to check that nothing is awaiting your approval in the Privacy settings on your Mac.
