Hi Mondli. Please elaborate. Where on the Core 256 product page are we saying that you can connect 2 computers simultaneously?
I understand that perhaps the graphics with a variety of computers with Pro Tools, Logic, Cubase, etc. could lead one to think Core 256 can connect to all of them at the same time, but it is just an illustration, and the copy also says: “Another application would be as a dedicated audio interface for your DAW. Whether you run Pro Tools, Logic Pro, Nuendo, Cubase, Ableton Live, Digital Performer or any other DAW, Core 256 is your super low-latency entrance.”
Or perhaps you meant in the Thunderbolt section where it says: “The DAD Thunder|Core Technology provides a Thunderbolt 3 connection with near-zero latency for interfacing between audio applications on macOS or Windows computers and the Thunder|Core audio hardware.”
Again, the keywords here are: “provides a Thunderbolt 3 connection” and “macOS or Windows computers”.
That all said, I do see how it could be interpreted otherwise and we would consider adding clarification on this on the website.
