Hi Isaac,

You are correct in saying that we don’t have any info on that one yet.
We’ve not done an official release, but everyone who came to NAMM had a chance to see it.

It’s a smaller 6-button PoE remote panel exclusively for Control|Pack functions.
I can’t say exactly when we’ll be shipping, but the paint is nearly dry.

I will put you on my info list for when we release it into the wild!

Apologies for the delayed answer – We’ve had a few supporters be ill for a while. The cold Danish weather can be cruel.

I’ve looked through your description and I can’t find that there should be any issues within the Core256 hardware in what you’re experiencing.

I am immediately suspecting Dante sync issues and I would need some more information on how you’ve configured your studio setup to help you properly.

So, if you can write to support@ntp.dk with some detailed diagram on your setup (just to understand your configuration) and perhaps screenshot the different configuration pages in your DADMan page for the C256, I’ll be able to dive into it.

Let’s get you rolling again!

In short – Yes.
– and also to pass through all other Thunderbolt connections to disks, network dongles and such.
Adding another computer to the TB connection would require a whole extra interface module and this is not possible ATM.

Looking at your issue, I would suspect that perhaps your permissions in MacOS may be causing you trouble, so the first thought would be to check that nothing is awaiting your approval in the Privacy settings on your Mac.

I will be happy to offer some quick help, but I will also direct you to Avid Support, since these issues are under their roof. This especially goes for the S1, which is not inside our knowledge base.

My initial thought is: How are you connected to the MTRX and have you updated your OS ? Are you on a Mac ? Please check that all permissions have been granted in the system software. Particularly if you are using Thunderbolt connections (but I sense this is not the case ?)
