DADman works fine once everything is loaded, however DADman may not be able to connect to devices on the network when launching the DADman application.
As a workaround the problem, leave DADman open, log out of the system and log in again.
The problem is of a general nature, which has appeared in the recent Sequoia macOS version and is therefore also an issue with previous DADman versions running on Sequoia.
When connecting to devices via the Thunderbolt 3 connection everything is loaded correctly.
